Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Prepaid Label

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid, fully insured shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

Secure Packaging

Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with all original grading certificates.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Our gemologists will inspect the returned item for authenticity and condition before processing your full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
